| What type of payment do you accept? We accept all major credt cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Solo, Maestro, Visa Delta, and Visa Electron. We also accept Paypal, Moneybookers, Money Order, Cashiers Check, and Personal Checks. All mail-in payment must be drawn in US funds. |

| Do you offer a free trial period? We do not provide trial test accounts however we do offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you don't feel a VPS is right for you that you can take advantage of.. |

| How long does it take to setup an account after I order? If you order during normal business hours ( 9am - 6pm CST Monday - Friday ), it can be setup within the same day. If you order after business hours, it will be setup the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend may experience a slight delay. |

| Do you offer custom VPS plans? No we don't offer custom VPS hosting plans. We also don't offer any options to upgrade disk space, bandwidth, or memory only. You would have to upgrade to the next higher plan. |

| Do I get root access to the VPS? You do get full root access to the VPS server and free to install and run any script compatible with the VPS. |

| I am currently with a reseller provider and want to offer reseller accounts. Can I create reseller accounts with a VPS? Yes you can. You will get root access to WHM which you can use to create reseller accounts just as you would on a dedicated server. |

| Where are the VPS servers located? Our VPS servers are located in the AtlantaNAP datacenter in Atlanta, Georgia on the south-east coast of the USA. |

| Can I host adult content on the VPS ? We do allow adult content to a certain extent on our servers. Please see section 2.2 of our AUP for more detailed information. |

| Do you offer an uptime guarantee? Yes we offer a 99.9% uptime SLA guarantee on the VPS hardware node only or the server that hosts your VPS. |
